The 616 pump has been designed for direct use by consumers who do not require price per unit and money data. It is fitted with a reliable Veeder Root register which measures volume dispensed only. It is also fitted with a mechanical volume totaliser.

Although meant for the consumer market, this pump is extremely accurate and is equipped with the same hydraulic components as used in our retail pumps, which includes a highly effective air elimination system and highly accurate four-piston positive displacement flow meter.

The frame is a robust unit made out of highly corrosive resistant 3CR12 material which is powder coated for extra protection.

The front access door seals are formed onto the relevant parts using a NC continuous moulding process. This modern process renders an ideal weather seal that retains its characteristics over many years. A hand - attachment is available as an optional feature to enable fuel dispensing during electric power failures. A flow rate of typically 70 to 80 liters per minute can be achieved provided that the underground piping is of a high standard and restrictions, including pipe length, is limited.

A 20 mm non-automatic nozzle is fitted as standard. Fully automatic nozzles can be fitted on request.
