Frames and housings
- The external framework and doors of the equipment is manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel or highly corrosive resistant 3CR12 material that is powder coated for further corrosion protection. All internal sheet metal parts are yellow passivated zinc plated mild steel.
- All external door seals are formed onto the relevant parts using a NC continuous moulding process. This modern process renders an ideal weather seal that retains its characteristics over many years.
- All parts are manufactured using the latest highly accurate manufacturing technology. This ensures interchangeability and ease ofassembly and service.

Electronic Features
- The main electronic displays are highly readable 30-mm LCD units with six digits for money and volume and four digits for unit price.It has been proven that the readability of displays is the most important factor concerning customers at a fuel retail outlet. The individual price perunit (PPU) displays are 17 mm high four digit LCD units.
- Display lighting is derived from LED backlights with an expected life exceeding 10 years. In our service experience, we have found that fluorescent and incandescent lamps place a huge burden on service costs.
- The electronic computer has been designed withsimplicity of service in mind. It incorporates various self-diagnostics to assist the service technician in fault finding. Furthermore, the design incorporates a very friendly user-interface.
- The electronic computers have been designed to simplifythe interface with standard personal computers. This is an extremely important consideration in terms of forecourt management. In the South African market our equipment has proven to provide by far the simplest and most reliable interface to any make of computerised forecourt management system.
- The Supremeline range incorporates as standard our unique Attendant Tagging system. When used in conjunction with a computerised forecourt management system, this system provides absolutely full control overthe activity of attendants on the forecourt and virtually eliminates fraud.
- Preset pads for Money / Volume presets can be fitted asan option.
- An optional buzzer can be installed to caution users when a particular product (example Diesel) is selected.
Hydraulic
- Highly accurate, highly reliable four - piston positive display metering unit are used.
- Pipes are manufactured using the most modern equipment to ensure interchangeability. Flanges are used wherever possible to facilitate maintenance.
- Fully automatic ZVA 4-3 nozzles are fitted as standard on all hoses.
General
- All dispensers in this range are equipped to handle self-serve pre-paid transactions, which requires dispensing to be stopped when the pre-paid target transaction is reached.
- The range is equipped with electronic as well as mechanically driven volumetric totalisers.
- The equipment is of modular design and a large range of hose and product configurations can be offered. It is relatively simple tochange the configuration on site, should the need arise to introduce, forexample, another product or an additional hose. See the table below for standard configurations.
