Prowalco Tatsuno, a 51% Black Owned of which 30% Black Woman Owned, boasts a proud history of servicing the South African fuel-distribution industry since 1960. Its main activities include local design, assembly, supply and maintenance of any make and model pumps and dispensers on retail forecourts, as well as on commercial and consumer fuel outlets. It also undertakes maintenance and repairs at these locations.  The Prowalco ICON range compatible with offsite monitoring and remote maintenance diagnostics that put us at the forefront of the forecourt at all times.

Prowalco Tatsuno is the sole African distributor of the Tatsuno Corporation range of pumps and dispensers, manufactured by Tatsuno of Japan. It also manufactures its own range of pumps and dispensers.

Its pump maintenance/service division has the largest and most sophisticated pump-service infrastructure on the African continent. It provides this service, with an large infrastructure of technicians throughout South Africa, under contract or on an ad hoc basis to all major oil companies within South Africa.

Prowalco Tatsuno’s service footprint extends to Lesotho & Swaziland, with approved and fully trained service providers in Namibia & Botswana.  Prowalco is the only pump supplier whose pumps use up to 74% local content, making us uniquely and proudly South African.
