Scope of Work.
Our comprehensive scope of work includes:
Thoroughly clean the units to prepare for refurbishment.
Safely dismantle and dispose of contaminated waste materials.
Straighten and prepare existing sheet metal components, applying new powder coating for enhanced durability.
Prepare and electroplate existing internal piping, hydraulically testing against leaks.
Recondition and test existing meters and pumping units.
Replace all hanging hardware components in accordance with industry standards.
Include a single trip to the site for initial calibration and flow rate testing.
Conduct workshop wet testing and calibration in addition to field verifications.
Documentation Provided Upon Completion.
